oladoc - Find the Best Doctors

Absolute sham! I'm thoroughly unimpressed with this service. This company deceptively promotes doctor appointments, but in reality, they possess neither the infrastructure nor the personnel meaning, no doctors to provide such a service. This is a severe disappointment.

I have used Oladoc 6-7 times and every single time its the worst experience. They don’t inform the receptionist regarding the patient or payment received. You have to inform them that you booked the appointment through Oladoc once you reach the clinic. Your appointment time is not reserved despite the slot you select and the text message you get. You have to wait hours for your appointment. Never going to use Oladoc again

they made me pay online without giving me option to pay in cash. then they never confirmed my appointment. I had to call and ask if it is confirmed then I travel half the city to reach hospital and doctor wasn't there. I work 9-5. I was in urgent need of appointment. I paid Uber to go and come back. and then they never compensated or called me back Instead offered me 300 pkr. don't use them and If u do, never pay online. they will eat the money u give them. try marham. marham is better.
