If anyone of you is looking for worst, mean, and Trickster administrators in ptcl here they are. Today One of them named Zulfiqaar gave me a fake receipt of connection termination plus the funny part is the name on the fake receipt is different as well. I have to waste my time tomorrow with them again

Here the staff is at their own discretion, most of the staff are not available. Customer services staff is also unprofessional. PTCL internet service is very poor due to lack of competition of internet companies in Okara. 5 to 6 calls have to be made for a complaint.
