We asked on a Friday afternoon for diagnostic service on a GE Profile oven, which was having fluctuating temperatures. Paul responded almost immediately and had a technician, Daniel, on hand within a few hours. Daniel was very knowledgeable, thorough and polite. He recalibrated the thermostat and suggested some further adjustments that we could make on our own. We were very impressed with OC Appliance Doctor from start to finish and would not hesitate to use them again.

We have an older model Viking which needed repair. Most calls I made to find a repair professional were blown off and I was given a curt response that suggested I buy a new one using “parts not available” as a common thread. This repair shop was the antithesis from the call for diagnosis through the repair. What I learned - again- was that the older model appliances are far better than new and well worth repairing rather than replacing. Our tech - Daniel- was professional and knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. This shop now goes to exclusivity on our who to call list. Our washing machine flooded the laundry room, so we needed help immediately.
