Lou is great! Needed a part that couldn’t find and he scavenged an old vacuum from another store. He didn’t charge anything! Said we don’t nickel and dime customers. Highly recommend them!

Lou offered us the best price by far of all the local vacuum dealers, and included an 8-pack of bags for free. He had it personally delivered and assembled at my house the same day, with no extra charge! I live an hour away, and he had his guy on route as soon as I purchased it. We are very happy with our Sebo Felix, and are happy to have purchased from his in-stock inventory, since tariffs are now in effect and add $100 to the vacuum cost. Lou also added a 10 year service warranty which was originally 7 seven year warranty. David did a great assembly and demonstration at our house. I highly recommend this dealer who goes above and beyond for the costumers at an extremely competitive price.

I recently had central vacuum installed in existing home we purchased a year ago . I had received an estimate for installation from a Leesburg dealer that was more than double what Lou’s charges were!!! He is so knowledgeable about the system he represents, the installation procedure, timely return calls to ALL my questions. I couldn’t believe i found old fashioned pride in providing good service and quality products! Alberto came and looked at area and told me how he’d do job, time he’d be here and it was exactly as he told me. He and his son arrived on time, installed unit, gave me quick tutorial and were gone within 3 hours!! You WILL NOT beat this outstanding company!!
