Our Experience with New England HVAC Pros was excellent. Dave came out and recommended a new boiler and hot water heater. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The installation was done by Joshua and Anthony and we are impressed by their professionalism. We would definitely recommend this company. We would say second to none.

New England HVAC Pros is far and beyond the best company you could ever hire for your furnace repair,replace or install! They are completely compassionate, professional and highly qualified. They are the best and the best choice above all others! I promise you won’t be disappointed. I’m forever grateful to have had them in my corner after my furnace burnt up Christmas morning! It was ready to blow and me and my puppy were about to be killed. We went without heat in the below zero temps with an electric heater I moved from the living room to the bedroom when Ryan suddenly called and said he couldn’t sleep another night knowing what I was going through and the next day he sent me 2 of the best guys and they put in the furnace with no money down and no idea when they would get paid which was today 2/19/26. God bless him and Chris and Josh!!❤️

Everyone that I encountered from beginning to end has been great. I called in the evening during the blizzard and Ryan was great with scheduling a tech come out early AM the next day. Dave assessed our boiler and hot water tank both needed to be replaced and was thorough with explaining the issues both appliances were having and the best route with which types to choose for the installation. Anthony, John, and Joshua came the very next day to do the installs and returned each day until completed. Once installed, Anthony reviewed how both appliances functioned and the shut off valves, as well as recommendations for increasing water pressure and a filtration system to help increase the longevity of our appliances. I appreciated the efficiency and thoroughness of everyone involved, and the ability to provide service so quickly despite the challenges from the blizzard. I highly recommend this company!
