NerdsToGo - Franklin, MA

I was in the middle of moving back to MA and my shipping carrier damaged my PC. Matt was super communicative as I initially had to go out of state a few days after dropping off the machine. My motherboard, RAM, and GPU had to be replaced. My computer runs great and it was repaired in about two weeks with Memorial Day weekend included. I would recommend Nerds to Go and if I need anything I will be back in the future. PS- UPS paid my full claim covering the internal damage.

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with NERDS To Go, especially working with one of their incredible technicians, Matt. From start to finish, they were professional, patient, and consistently involved in every step of the process while building my new custom PC. I came in with a goal: to upgrade from my old machine running a 2070 Super, which was starting to struggle with newer AAA titles. I went all-in on a powerful AMD build—something totally new to me, since I’ve never used AMD before and admittedly don’t know much about computers. Matt and the team made the entire experience seamless. Even when we ran into delays like returning parts and waiting for replacements, they kept in touch and always made me feel like I was their top priority. Their communication, transparency, and care made a complex process feel easy and stress-free. Yes, it’s a bit more expensive to go through NERDS To Go, but let me tell you: if you want it done once, and done right, the cost is absolutely worth it. I’m beyond thrilled with the performance of my new PC—and now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got a fresh Elden Ring playthrough to dive into. Thanks again to Matt and everyone at NERDS To Go. You guys are the real MVPs!
