NADRA and Executive Passport Office Gujrat

Rude staff and unaware of the policies regarding the documentation for I'd card. If someone complains they protect their co-workers, blaming the applicants. They don't guide the applicants properly. Long queues and one has to wait for long enough to get the tokens 😭

Passport office opens at 8:00 but expect a queue of 20-40 before hand.(women queue is short; passport recieving queue short) Ask the guard about your purpose of arrival, renewal,lost, new etc. Inside at reception, fill name & CNIC no on a bank challan (rates are higher due to executive office, fee submitted by Passport Asaan fee App will be catered in main passport office) Deposit the money on bank counter. Your bank reciept will be assigned a token no. (Look on left top) And on to waiting area. Ur no will be called, photogroph shot, data entry, fingerprint, (Double check your data on screen and on the printed paper) you will be given a token paper. Submit the printed paper at counter 7 and you are done. Came at 8:00 left at 11:00 Waiting time is too long. Crowded but good environment. Per person processing time: 10 mins max

The man on the respection (fair complexion , beard , having glasses on)may had a fight with her wife in the morning...be careful with him .... overall it was a good experience, the office opens at 8:30...we were there at 8:00 and there were over 30 people in line already...We got our token no in half hour and in an hour we were at the counter..

Third class service people are suffering in the long line waiting for hours under the open sky Nadra officer are giving opportunity to those client who gave them commission' or to those who have political contacts in the nadra office. This is totally unjust to a local citizen. Not recommended
