I called MSP Heating and Air on a Saturday after my unit stopped cooling and started making an odd noise. I had just had work done by a different company less than a month ago, and it turned out that all the refrigerant they had added had already leaked out. That company couldn’t come until Monday, and I was anxious to find out what was wrong and get a second opinion. I’m so thankful I called MSP Heating and Air. They came out in less than an hour. Edgar was the technician who explained everything clearly and showed me exactly what the problem was. He gave me several options and confirmed what I had already suspected — that the unit was undersized for my home. I knew it was only a matter of time before it needed to be replaced, so I decided to move forward with replacing both the AC and heater. To my surprise, they were able to send a crew out the very next day — on a Sunday — to install the new system. The techs, Alfredo, Janson, and Brandon, were professional and thorough. They took their time, laid out sheets to protect my carpet, and cleaned up everything meticulously. Thank you to Edgar, Alfredo, Janson, Brandon, and everyone at MSP Heating and Air.
