Scott and his crew came out to reduce the size of our septic riser as it was an eyesore and above ground in our backyard. They were able to recess the riser, rewire the electric to our pump, remove all debris and the even fixed a running toilet while they were here! They were on time, professional, kind and the price was VERY good for the work we needed done. We have found our new go to guys for plumbing! We are very impressed with Mr. Rooter and VERY pleased with the finished product. Thank you so much for your hard work!!!
I reported a sewage problem and although it wasn’t an emergency, the men came out promptly and worked all day to find the problem. It ended up being a city problem and they only charged me for the call. Very friendly and professional people at Mr. Rooter. I will always call them in the future!
Twice I have had them come out to fix a faucet leak in my showers. Payton was the technician and did a great job. He explained what he was doing and the why. Very professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely give them a call if ever in need of another plumbing service.
