Junior came for a Tesla Home Charger install and Whole-Home surge protector. I had worked with Junior already and he was great then and did an amazing job this time as well. Punctual and gave great explanations on everything he was doing. Highly recommend!

He’s very ethical and takes your concern as if it was his own. He takes the initiative to dig deeper to find any lingering issues that could become dangerous problems in the future and recommends solutions. We are blessed to have such a fine professional as Jay. Theron of Mr Electric came to my home to give an estimate for an installation. The arrived early (points) and was very courteous. Once he looked at the equipment that was being installed he methodically went through the research to determine all the possible scenarios to safely install the new gear. He even reached out to the Master Electrician on his team to verify before giving out erroneous information. He then explained his research that underpinned how the job would be done. (Impressive). He verified my contact info in their database and sent the estimate in real time. He even verified an existing ground fault on a GFI plug in the garage!!!! He has put his team squarely in the lead to secure the bid for this contract!!!

Steve Bedell was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was friendly and explained a lot of what he was doing and made some recommendations for future safety projects He also corrected some work that a previous service had performed. He gave me an estimate for a new breaker box and showed me the ultimate problems I will probably have with my current one. I will most likely use him again.
