Mr. Appliance of Joplin

This was the first time using Mr Appliance. I was very pleased with the fact that the repairman slipped on booties over his shoes before coming into my home. The repairman was pleasant and friendly. He explained any concerns I had clearly. Would definitely use again

They are on it from the minute you contact them. They are easy to make an appointment with. They actually show up! Their technicians are actually trained to fix appliances! Super efficient and super knowledgeable.

I've used Mr. Appliance of Joplin several times for different household appliances and will continue using them. Our built-in ice machine needed cleaning and repairing and they did a great job diagnosing the tricky issues and completing repairs. They have also repaired our refrigerator and just recently, our built-in range. Scheduling was easy and call-backs were prompt. We received updates on technician's arrival time. The service technician was friendly, honest, professional and we were more than happy with the completed repairs. I heartily recommend them!
