It's stressful when your dryer goes out, especially with a load of wet clothes. Bowers Service was able to make a service call the same day. They went out of their way to accommodate me. Nikki was extremely professional and courteous on the phone, promptly calling me back as she said she would. Jack arrived on time, dressed in professional attire. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem in under 30 minutes, explaining everything to me and communicating the cost upfront. He even took away the old parts and cleaned up any mess. The cost was extremely affordable! I highly recommend Bowers Service!

Really appreciate this company! Our washer was having some issues so I called this company on a Tuesday, and they were out to fix it Thursday. The gentleman that came to help us was kind, professional, and had our problem diagnosed and resolved very quickly. He had the part he needed on-hand, so he was able to get the repair knocked out within about 25 minutes! Thanks so much!

This place is truly awesome. Zach came out to diagnose a problem with our Whirlpool range and he immediately put me at ease. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and kind. We booked the full repair service the next day and he returned to our home and repaired the oven in 30 minutes. The hourly rate is pro-rated and I’m quite sure even though it was a “simple fix” he could have easily justified stretching it to longer. This company clearly operates with integrity. Our experience was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Bowers Service Co in regard to my washing machine issue. Upon entering the shop in Carthage, I was greeted by Nicky. She was able to discuss issue, order parts, schedule service and quote price- All with a smile and pleasant demeanor! Service repair was performed by Zack. He was professional, informative and overall a polite repair man. He got the job done! My washing machine is running smoothly thanks to team Bowers!

Call them for a refrigerator problem. They came out 5 days later and said it was not something they could fix. Had to call manufacturer. Took them another 5 days before anybody could come out and it turns out it is probably just a fan or motor issue. Bowers could have probably fixed. The only good thing I could say is they did not charge me a trip fee to come out.
