I probably should have done some more research before scheduling an appointment. My refrigerator quit dispensing water so this should have been an easy fix. The repairman didn't seem to know what he was doing and appeared to be reading a how to manual. His estimate to fix the issue was $350. Needless to say I can buy a lot of bottled water for that. I asked him to stop working and give me the cost of the service call, $137!!! I did get the senior citizen discount but that's double what everyone else in town charges. Won't recommend or use again.

I hired the company to repair my lid lock on my washer. They arrived in a timely manner and were very polite and professional. I have no complaints over the technician. However the price is a little crazy. The repair cost shouldn’t exceed over half of the amount of a brand new one when again it was just a lid lock. Great technician and my washer is completely fixed so he did a good job.

My LG fridge compressor went bad after 5.5 years. The folks at Mr. Appliance in BG went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly, quickly, and as pain free as possible. All of the people that I dealt with were courteous, honest, communicated well, and overall professional professionals. I highly recommend for all your appliance repairs!
