Exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. They set appointment, called before coming and called within 15 minutes of leaving with an update - as we were working through a home warranty program. Would definitely use again and refer - excellent team.

Nice and helpful in fixing non functioning items they sell at times. Other times not very responsive/hard to reach, Jesus bless 🙏 7/18 was still waiting for repair. Can I have 100-200$ back? Why accuse me of lying or assume once someone mentions your slow response, and why respond here but not to your fb messages, phone calls, or texts? Also, can you prove I touched any wires? I did not, not sure if washer being off balance that you gave me or your wiring caused it or was missed when you were fixing them up.

Do not use this service! They made a service call and told me that I needed a control panel for my washing machine, but they would have to order it that was Thursday evening. I tried to contact them the following Monday to see if the part had arrived, no response. They didn't respond until Wednesday, they told me to expect them between 1:00 and 3:00 Thursday afternoon, so I waited until 6:30. I made an appointment with another service they were there on time and it turned out to be something other than the control panel. An Appliance was a waste of my time and money.
