Mr. Appliance for Alexandria is superb! Daniel R. and Milad H. were timely, courteous, and helpful in explaining why my microwave failed to work. I used this company franchise in SW DC and they were superb as well!

I've used the services of Mr. Appliance several times. Most recently, Milad ran a diagnostic of my washer/dryer combo unit. He patiently answered my questions. He also offered advice on issues to watch out for in the future and best practices to avoid them.

My service professional (I think his name was Halimi) was very thorough and professional. He was able to get the part needed and fix my dryer within a couple of hours. He explained everything he was doing and went above and beyond to make sure he left my unit in even better condition than it was when he arrived. He even cleaned and oiled it and made sure it was level before leaving my home. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

Excellent , highly professional service. Yalcin is an experienced and competent technician . And he is punctual, courteous and helpful. Left the work site spotlessly clean.Highly recommended. Service is a little expensive but worth the extra cost. The price of the needed part ( Bosch OEM) appeared excessive.
