MR AMP

I messaged Mr. Amp at 9 last night and even though they didn’t have time in their schedule until next week, Jeremy came first thing this morning when he found out I was having refrigerator issues. He couldn’t have been nicer, more professional or more efficient. When he left, I told him he was my new best friend. I’ve had other electricians do work for me before, but Jeremy stands out! He’s the only electrician I will use from now on.

I can't say how much I respect these guys for the work they performed! Our main electrical panel at our manufacturing facility experienced a short (fire and all !) These guys responded next day, when others wanted exorbitant "emergency' fees or a week-long wait; they then sought-out the necessary replacement parts without charging us an arm and a leg when the process became more time consuming than expected due to supplier-stock issues. Not only that, their show of Integrity throughout the service-call impressed myself and the owner to a point that we've decided to offer them two more (2) unscheduled jobs that we've moved-up on our timeline just to show our appreciation! Give them a call, we think you'll be happy with their professionalism! UPDATE: we've just had several projects completed throughout the house and can once again affirm how pleased we are with the services of the the Mr. Amp staff. Not only were they timely and prepared but their attentiveness to our home and the project overall was outstanding; the Boss himself came out to assure everyone was on track with all aspects of the project (of course, Caleb & Blake hadn't missed a thing) and followed-up with ensuring our satisfaction! Jeremy/Caleb/Blake - great job, Thanks!!!

Had Mr Amp install an internet network upgrade for a home office. The job was done on time and on budget, with excellent follow up support. Highly recommended.

I had Fernando come to my house to install an outlet outside. He gave me a quote for $400. I agreed to the price and because of availability, he started right away. He was unable to complete the job the same day based on “my house and wiring being old.” He said he had to come back the next day and it would cost me $600 more dollars! I unfortunately didn’t think I could walk away at this point seeing as he was in the middle of the job! He finished the next day and I paid him! Unfortunately, In the next few days and weeks I started experiencing electrical issues which I didn’t think were related. I tried calling Mr. Amp 2 times without a response. About a month later, I had another electrician come. He found out that Fernando has rerouted my electricity and bypassed my fuse box completely! I was told this was very dangerous and I was lucky a fire didn’t happen. The second electrician found the problem and fixed it in 3 hours and charged me $180!!! I do NOT recommend Mr Amp. I know old houses wiring can be tricky but Fernando obviously didn’t have the knowledge to get assigned an old house job. Also, I was majorly OVERCHARGED! My recommendation is to call someone else!!

I called Mr Amp today and got a quick technician out in less than two hours! Super responsive great prices and superior knowledge! He advised me of an inspection which I will do soon. I love their work and will work with them in the near future for a Tesla charger.
