We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Heather at Mountz Jewelers in the Camp Hill location. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped us select a beautiful ring for my wife and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Heather also took the time to polish my wife’s engagement ring, and it came back looking brand new. we were so impressed with the attention to detail and care she put into it. On top of that, she assisted us with appraisals and explained everything clearly, making sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such excellent customer service. We’re very grateful for her help and highly recommend working with Heather at Mountz Jewelers in Camp Hill!

I stopped in recently to get some help with a missing earring back, and Andi was beyond helpful in finding the perfect replacement pair. She is so kind, patient, and genuinely goes above and beyond. Every member of the team was welcoming and wonderful to work with. This will definitely be my first stop for any future jewelry needs or gifts. They have a beautiful selection of necklaces, rings, and so much more. Highly recommend!

I had a diamond I wanted to create into a custom necklace! I worked with Tanyia and she was amazing! So sweet and very helpful when picking out designs for my necklace. It was also very fast to make and had my design back in 3 weeks! Will be coming back again in the future!

I have had nothing but excellent experiences at Mountz on Trindle. Today I received stellar service from Andi who was very kind. It does not matter how you are dressed or what you are prepared to purchase; you can always expect exceptional customer service here. I mostly go for watch adjustments, battery replacements, etc. (small stuff) and am consistently met with respect and hospitality.
