I called Henderson & Co frantic over a ring situation that was super special and important to me. I ordered a ring off Etsy (from Scotland) that was a cremation ring for my Dad’s ashes. The ring was huge! I went in, explained my situation and they fixed my rings in less than a week. Everyone was so friendly, professional and helpful! Totally recommend ☺️ thank you again!!!
I was in search of a necklace for my girlfriend, I looked at other chain jewelry stores and got referred to Henderson & co, what a phenomenal place and experience, great people that really know there stuff. Alejandro helped me personally customize a necklace and was an amazing assistant. Very quick turn around time was done before my deadline. All In all 10 out of 10 experience and highly recommend, after this experience I WONT be going to another jeweler.
Definitely recommend! I had them turn a halo stud earring into a ring so that my mom could still wear her favorite piece of jewelry (the other earring got lost last year). They completed it right within the time frame at a reasonable cost! It was put together beautifully and is very strong. We are extremely pleased with the result!
