This company is terrific! James takes great care of your computer and spends time working with you. He explains everything about the process and any changes made. You won't be disappointed! My husband and I travel yearly to make sure our computers are safe.

James is extremely helpful in setting up our computers in such a fashion to protect us from external threats. Best in my experience. Anyone doing business with James is in good hands . Let me begin by saying i had a fairly new computer (less than one year old) that had been in the shop twice since purchasing. The viruses reminded me of Star Trek and Star Wars combined. Turns out it was much worse than a "simple" virus. I had to get new computer and now i begin the process of getting at least a partial refund from Amazon (thank goodness i bought the extended warranty). 1. Jim patiently explained the issues with my computer, made recommendations (including the type of replacement laptop at a reasonable price) and provided typed notes for my follow up. 2. He called to make sure I was not having any issues or questions. Whenever I focus, if I need his assistance, I feel comfortable reaching out to Jim to follow up. 3. Both my husband and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable. In today's cyber-driven world, he is someone you want on your team.

My old laptop had Microsoft Windows 10 and a 2013 version of Microsoft Office that is no longer supported, so James set me up with a recommendation for a new laptop. Unfortunately you need a subscription for Microsoft Office now, but since that subscription comes with 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage, James moved all my documents and photos from my old laptop and external hard drives to One Drive. He went above and beyond to make sure I was up to date with security, and to explain how everything he put on my new laptop worked!

James is the go to for cyber security. He knows what he's talking about. He fixed ALL our tech issues. He helped us pick out the right lap top for our needs. Very reasonably priced. You'll get more than your money's worth with him. Great Job! Very professional! Best price! Don't trust anyone else.
