My experience is through my sister who is a customer. From the initial consultation, money talks Wireless exhibited excellent customer service and attention to detail. Follow up texts with pictures detailing the entire process. Great example of a company who puts their customers first. Very knowledgeable. I will be their next customer with my laptop.

I found him the same way as most which is through social media. I had him replace a broken screen on an iPad and the interaction and replacement seemed to go smoothly until the screen cracked immediately. Looking now at the repair with a more critical eye, the screen was replaced but wasnt seated fully into the frame because there was a dent in the corner of the frame causing it to stress crack. When I took it back, he denied any responsibility. Not once in any of the repair process, did he inform me that in order to do the repair properly, the dent would either have to be removed (with tools he says he doesnt have) or replacing the entire frame. He happily took my $96 and wished me on my way. When I brought it back he even had the audacity to say that he could offer to replace it again for "$20 off" after telling me that the screen cant sit flush as is. He kept saying, "you paid to replace the screen and that is what I did, I cant control what happens after."

I brought in my iPhone 14 Pro Max for a full repair—back glass, charger port, wireless charging, and battery replacement—and the team at Money Talks Wireless did an excellent job. The phone looks and works like brand new now. They were professional, quick, and transparent about the cost. Everything was fixed properly, and I didn’t have to worry about hidden issues. Awesome job.. I went to Apple and the lady turned my away and said I had to buy a new IPad. Couldn’t be fixed and I was going to throw it away. He brought it back to life lol I highly recommend everyone to bring all there old or new devices that is in bad condition to him. This dude is the real deal
