MobileXpress Cellphone Repair

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Came in because one of my rear cameras wasn’t working, as well as my flashlight. The man working says “yes no problem, come back in 40-50 mins”. Sure that’s a while but fine. Waited around till 50 mins later, still not done. Waited until an hour and 15 minutes goes by and finally says he is done, had to break my back glass to get it off, and it will be $127. Camera quality looked good, but after walking right out the door I noticed that the back microphone was now missing. We bring this up to him, and he denies that it is a microphone and says it is a screw of some sort (which still was missing??) I then ask if it is still waterproof and he says “no no no no” it is not waterproof. He then takes SUPER GLUE, and puts it into the HOLE where my microphone was!!! We were absolutely shocked. Still denying that it is a microphone, and proving my phone sounded horrible now on video, still denies it. Calls us liars and that he is honest, we are not. He talked about how expensive it was to do the service, but in the same sentence said that $127 was not a lot of money, after we explain it should be done correctly. After long debating we were able to get half of our money back. But now my microphone is missing and the hole is full of super glue, so I will have to find somewhere else to fix my phone the correct way. DO NOT go here, he is a liar and a scam artist, and will try to gaslight you saying that a part isn’t what it actually IS! Never go here and I will never make the mistake of going to a shotty phone repair place ever again.

Had a problem with my iPhone 15 pro max charge port, it would charge but I would have to jam it in there and it would just wiggle out. Brought it here and they fixed it in a few minutes, good as new! Highly recommend. Thank you again!
