I would highly recommend their services. Nurse Usha looked after my critically ill mother. She was knowledgeable and competent. Being a doctor myself I was able to monitor and assess the care with a very critical perspective and there was nothing lacking in her ability to understand and provide the correct care. I found her very empathetic and professional. She was always willing to help and never shied away from a difficult task. She would always listen to my concerns and address them promptly. Mediserve is a very professional company with excellent service. Along with trained staff they provide personalised Doctor supervision of elderly to monitor their health and is available in case of emergency.

Some caretaker can be very poorly trained and very unprofessional. I am sure the good reviews here are fake. The company makes some caretakers do double or triple shifts. The ones coming at night will go to sleep, cause pain to the patient. The company is simply there to make money while not providing yeah service. Please avoid if you get Raza from Faislabad, she should not be working as a caretaker. 1. When I told Raza to not to give sleep medication to my mother she went on to give the dose so she would not have to work or stay awake. So she could just play on her phone instead of doing duty. When I confronted her as to why she gave my mother sleep medication she replied "sorry". 2. Instead of throwing the urine in the camode/WC she threw it where the shower was and it took the cleaning lady 2 days to clean the shower from the smell. Raza is extremely unprofessional and lies when she gets caught. For the sake of your loved ones, do not let her inside your house.
