Artie took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options before installation. His team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and had the new system up and running in a few hours. I recommend them to anyone in need of AC or heating work. After dealing with an incorrectly installed and poorly programmed heat pump by another provider for a few years, we called McClaren, From start to finish, everything was handled extremely well. Customer service was responsive and professional, the appointment window was clear and respected, and the technician took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. The system was reprogrammed properly, and the difference was immediate. Pricing was very fair, especially given the level of service and expertise. We truly appreciated how straightforward and honest the entire process was. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable heating company!

A great experience from start to finish. Mike, Dan, Paul and Eric were very easy to work with. They were on time and did a great job installing an additional thermostat for a second zone for heating and cooling. They explained everything. I would highly recommend!

McLaren Heating did an amazing job installing both of my new Trane Gas furnaces they did an excellent job. They were very professional and Artie the owner was amazing to deal with. Carol in the office was so on top of the install and getting me all my rebates. This team is great!!! Tim

McClaren removed and replaced a combo heating system. They were professional, clean, timely and responsive to any questions I had. I received multiple estimates, some double McClaren’s. They walked me thru what they would do and how my prior system was not installed appropriately. I am very pleased I used them. I now feel safe and warm in my home.
