The food was overall good. Good amount of vegetarian options. Loved the lentil soup and aloo parata. However, the tomato garlic soup tastes like pasta sauce. The consistency is very thick as well. There are soy chunks inside vegetable momos. I did notice this on the menu. However, the flavor was more dominant than expected. It was disheartening that aloo parata came without pickle and you have to order a big bowl of pickle separately. It's okay to pay but the quantity was so much that it went to waste.
I've only trusted getting my Indian food from one place and traveling to it tonight wasn't an option. My husband found this place on Google and asked if I wanted to give it a try, and this place did not disappoint. The food was amazing and I fell in love with the dishes they serve the food in. Staff were very friendly and let us enjoy our meal, instead of constantly interrupting us, but someone was always close by if we needed anything. Adding to my list of favorite places.
I am not a biggest fan of the spices, however this Indian restaurant is one of the best restaurants that I have been to. The butter chicken was so delicious. Loved their buttery nan and the rice was cooked right. The service was great. Definitely coming back.
Very good Indian food. Got the saag. The veggie sampler was very good. Very large place so it was quiet
Had such a great lunch today at Masala House in Raleigh, NC. This is a great place to get true Indian food. We had a group of four with my Aunt who has never eaten Indian cuisine. When we finished my Aunt said she absolutely loves the food. We had such a variety of dishes. Our favorite bread was the Peshawari Naan with mango chutney. I loved the Chicken soup, the broth is out of this world! My Mom said she could eat bowl after bowl of the vegetable soup, it was that good. The butter chicken was so delicious, it is by far the best I have even thus far. My aunt loved the Mango Jalfreeze, with just the right amount of heat. I had to taste test a little bit of each. Every plate was a wonderful taste of flavor that it would be hard for me to choose just one dish to be my favorite. I ordered the mimosa and was not disappointed at all it was sooooo good. With an little bit of mango ice cream to end the meal with. It was a great meal!
