Really pleased with my interaction with Alex from Martin Bradley today. Extremely professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable about what he was doing and was great about letting me know what needed to be done to remedy my situation. Highly recommend.

I had a plumbing emergency happen early on a Saturday, I called this company and they had someone come out to me at 4am. Joseph came and did a fantastic job; he was kind, informative and professional. A few days later I needed to get an estimate for further repairs and they came the same day I called. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone, but I only gave 4 stars because their services are a bit pricey but the service and quality of work you receive is worth it.

We had a gas leak issue with our gas log fireplace. Austin and Vinney were polite on the initial service call and assessment. They were thorough, friendly and very considerate of my home as they covered their shoes while walking through. After assessment, they returned to replace the line and the level of attention to detail professionalism and going above and beyond to make sure it was sealed correctly, including showing me photos and videos Was a level of service that I commend
