Maple Mountain Fireplace

I recently purchased a fireplace from Maple Mountain Fireplaces, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The product's quality is outstanding, the installation led by Logan was seamless, and their customer service was top-notch. Maple Mountain Fireplaces exceeded my expectations, providing a warm and inviting addition to my home. I highly recommend them for anyone in search of high-quality fireplaces and exceptional service. Maple Mountain Fireplace did an incredible job on our gas fire pit! We use our fire pit during every season of the year and it always works incredibly! It puts off great levels of heat and we can easily adjust the flame height. I would highly recommend Maple Mountain.

I recently reached out to Maple Mountain Fireplace because we wanted to install an electrical fireplace in our guest bedroom. We had visited their show room about a year ago and they were very knowledgeable and friendly and told us that they also had someone who could do builds for brand new fireplaces (vs just buying and installing an insert). They recommended a gentleman named Jeremy Crane. Wanting to make sure I did my due diligence, I also reached out for a bid from Haupt Electrical/Elect Construction who had done several jobs for us last year. Haupt recommended I reach out to none other than Jeremy Crane. Jeremy was great from the start. We literally only had a picture from the internet of what we wanted to do. Jeremy gave us recommendations on good fireplaces and was really thorough in helping us figure out what we wanted. He got us his quote quickly, he was very knowledgeable in what he was doing, and did a great job explaining the technical details. Based on all our interactions, I trusted that he would be competent and trustworthy, so we hired him! Jeremy and his business partner, Randy Siders, were amazing. From just a picture and some additional verbal input from us, they created the design and executed it beautifully. They asked great questions to make sure they did the details right on things that were important to us but that I hadn’t known to mention. They also made recommendations that created a superior end result than what we had originally envisioned. During construction, they were careful to protect all of our other property in the area where they were working and they were also super nice to my curious kids (which is HUGE for me). They cleaned up after themselves so that my house looked immaculate, they hauled off all of their trash and boxes, as well as hauled off several broken down cardboard boxes that I had from other projects. They also hung three larger items (a painting, a mirror, and an anchor for decoration) in our guest room for free and brought us homemade zucchini bread. 😂 There isn’t a single thing they could have done to have made the experience better. We are so pleased with the final product. It exceeded our expectations and we will use them again when we install a gas fireplace in our owner’s suite in a year.

Jared and Maple Mountain were great to work with. They built this beautiful fireplace and stone wall. They were fast but also detail oriented. Jared helped us every step of the way. Definitely recommending them for any fireplace project
