I'm very happy with the service provided by Magnolia Heating and Cooling. Their tech, Drew, was very helpful, patient, and honest about what my system needed and provided quotes for me. I decided to get a full system cleaning and service. Luckily Drew came to do the job a few days later. He worked non-stop all morning and afternoon. Now my system is running much better and we can feel the difference within our rooms.Job well done. Thanks

It is extremely refreshing to work with Magnolia HVAC! Every single person that dealt with me on this large project was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. The product they provided is exceptional, and the after install service needs completely fulfilled. The world would be a much better place if every company was like this one. They completely replaced my HVAC system and converted it to a heat pump system. They explained the process ahead of time, showed up with enough people to get the job done in two days, cleaned up after themselves and answered a bunch of questions for me. Often after you’ve paid for something, the provider blows you off if you need something. Not Magnolia Heating and Cooling!! They promptly took my calls and provided resolution. It’s not easy having a huge unexpected expense like this, but let me tell you they made it the easiest possible transition So in the end, you’re so glad you ended up doing it. I can name seven employees that I’ve had interactions with and they were all wonderful thank you so much. Even my noisy, nippy dogs came to love everyone! 😄

Drew came for our maintenance and was extremely thorough. He checked everything and took pictures of all work performed. He explained in detail both the good and bad of what he saw during his inspection and made it easy to understand. If you choose this company definitely ask for Drew, he was great

Wow.... All i can say is WOW. Beyond amazed at everything from Bobby being as thorough as he was making sure i understood what i was purchasing and what services would be provided to Miguel and team getting the install done (and done right). Miguel's craftsmanship is top notch. He even came back to finish a job because he didn't want to rush and make SURE his work was top notch (and it is, believe me). For that, i am grateful. That is the reason i chose Magnolia. Your not going to go into blind. They DO NOT pressure you into signing anything on day 1 like some people did and tried with me. I got a new Condenser and Furnace installed and never was once pressured to make a decision on day 1. They are very professional and beyond courteous. 5/5 rating, 10/10, however i can let everyone know on a rating scale. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommend. Thanks Magnolia. These guys are awesome. Mike and Alan did a phenomenal job on our new system. Hugo also joined in for a day and also did a phenomenal job. These do awesome work. They explain everything they are doing. They show and get right to work. Top notch service from a top notch company.
