Staff was amazing. Called them after getting off the plane and they immediately helped. Offered to hold our luggage while we went to eat and they replaced a broken iPhone 17 screen so vacation wouldn’t be affected and worked with our Apple Care with no issues. Great service and from what I saw great prices on their retail items displayed.

The first person I saw charged me $120 and didn’t even try to help update my older Mac. He said nothing could be done and called me 20 minutes after I dropped it off like it was a inconvenience. However when I returned the next day, a different employee was working and he kindly updated it to the latest version so I can now use the browser and sign in to my Apple account. Which was all I needed done. Huge thanks to him!

Owner has integrity, which feels rare these days. Would absolutely buy from again. ⭐️

I really wanted to give a good review. I brought my computer in and was charged $125 for an assessment fee. A week later after calling I was told that it needs a new battery and that they would order it. A month and a half later after calling every week to see if I can get my computer back. It was finally ready. When I turned my computer on, it was making a strange noise. I was told that that’s normal. For a battery to be ordered and for it to be put in was $190 to not have my computer for a month and a half and then be overcharged felt insulting. I asked if they had Kama aina. They did not. I asked if there was a discount for how long I had to wait. The answer was no. I left angry, which is not easy for me to be.
