I rushed from town to Kailua, and they immediately took a careful look at my computer. By Monday, everything was repaired and ready for pickup. Fortunately, my trackpad survived the spill, so only an internal cleaning and keyboard replacement were needed. What truly stood out to me was the transparency and flexibility. Instead of pushing expensive new parts, they gave me options, including a very high-quality A-grade used keyboard to help reduce the cost. It looks and feels completely new — I genuinely cannot tell the difference. Total cost: $239. Nearly three months later, my keyboard works flawlessly every single day. Accidents happen. My Husband phone screen had stopped responding even though it wasnot cracked. Apple price that was actually higher than what we paid for the phone itself. This shop repaired it quickly for about half the cost and the phone works perfectly again..
