Mike is amazing! He was perfectly on time or early on every service visit and he got the job done. L&M have some very knowledgeable people and I really trust their recommendations and their work. They're also reasonably priced for expert work. We'll be using them next time!

Mike and team are incredible! After realizing my 22yr old furnace wasnt going to make it through the winter, Mike quoted a heat pump & furnace to reduce my monthly cost and improve the AC next summer. He was in and out in 2 days, provided finance options, and cleaned up after all the work! He is trustworthy, honest, and reliable. They kept me informed of when they'd arrive and what to expect. There really is no need for improvement. From the consultation to the finished work Mike is 5 star all the way. He is polite, professional, punctual, honest, hard-working and communicates extremely well. We replaced our 30-year-old Rheem air conditioner and furnace with their high efficiency system. It has been only 6 days since install but the new system is definitely quieter. Mike was extremely respectful of my home placing tarps and sealing off the stairs so that it did not affect my carpeting. He even rolled up the tarp towards him as he was walked out the door as to not leave any debris on my floor. He was accompanied by 2 helpers, Lee and Darian who were also very kind and respectful. I found his name on the Rheem website while looking for service techs. I had several other companies out to give me bids but none of them impressed me. Mike was down-to-earth. I knew immediately I would be hiring him. I highly recommend!

Working with Lee from l and M was such a great experience. I’m a commercial contractor and I work with a lot of subs. We definitely had an A team experience with L and M. They were on time, prepared and made the project go smoothly. We will definitely be using them on our next projects.
