Little Rock Mobile Mechanic

I called and he said he was working on a customer car. Told me he was going to help me out in a hour, had me waiting over 5 hours, called me saying his wife wasn’t going to let him drive her truck. Then texted me 3 more hours after that saying he had court and forgot. Contact him at your own risk.

Called Gary to help my mom and them out as they were traveling through, Gary sent his son to access even though they had told him which fuel line and sent pictures of it as well (they are mechanically inclined) they paid them $75 with a plan to get the parts from a local warehouse and then come back the “first thing” the next morning to replace it. They started reaching out at 8:00 in the morning as they were stuck with no water or power in their RV where they had to sleep off the side of the interstate Gary didn’t answer their phone calls, text messages and at one point they believe he was actually ignoring their phone calls as it would ring once and go to voicemail. This led us to believe they were being stood up and other arrangements were made to have the truck hauled back to east Texas via hotshot. At approx. 1:45 in the afternoon Gary finally reached back out and said they were fixing to head that way, when informed he didn’t answer their phone calls or texts and they gave him several hours that other arrangement were made. His response? They aren’t an early morning people… moral here? Communication issues and leading people on.. do better, be clearer with intent and don’t lie to people.. we really feel he knew they were gone and covering his butt by making it look like they just left.. I would just go ahead and call another company and avoid these guys.

Austin really bailed us out. Radiator hose busted while we were in town for daughter's soccer game. Very affordable and super quick. Had us back on the road in no time instead of spending multiple nights and leaving with shop...thank you!

DONT GO TO THIS SPOT!!!!I got a new hub put on. Wrong hub. I have a 4x2 and he didn’t check the $144 part so I have a 4x4 hub on a 4x2 that doesn’t fit. My mechanic found the vibration. Austin(little rock mobile mechanic) told me I had a bad ball joint. No boot and no grease. Found the boot in the trash. Found the ball joint snap ring on the top of the ball joint as you can see. ABS sensor is wrapped around the wrong spot. 800 dollars. This is what my real mechanic found and I got it fixed by Walkers Automotive. Keep the money you stole. Not worth my time to sue
