Cheap staff don't deliver parcel they never call or anything just w8 the consignee to come and get on there own and if don't they returned the parcel

Very poor service, they only call the customer once. If they cannot receive the call from the customer by mistake, they don't bother to call again and immediately put the customer's parcel in the return.

Absolutely pathetic service! Don’t even think about sending an international parcel through them. They take zero responsibility for anything! And if they do respond, all they do is give you another office number to call. No one helps, no one cares how valuable your item is. It’s like your parcel doesn’t matter at all. Worst experience ever! If someone doesn’t know how to do a job properly, it’s better they just quit . Just because one or two orders went well doesn’t mean you should open a whole damn office. Learn to handle responsibility first!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. They made fake delivery attempts, claiming I was unavailable even though I was home, and their customer service was completely unhelpful and uncooperative. I feel scammed, as the item I received was not what I ordered, and when I tried to return it, they offered no support at all. Their process is misleading and frustrating, and it's clear they have no regard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to avoid using their service.

Very unprofessional staff and extremely poor services. Even when they call that the parcel has arrived, they don’t bother to pick it up from their seat or assist properly. The behavior is careless and disappointing. This is not just a one-time experience — we have faced the same issues multiple times, which shows a consistent lack of professionalism. Honestly, one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Definitely do not recommend!
