Frank came out to do our estimate and was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain every detail and answer all of our questions. We got quotes from four different companies, and Lees stood out as the clear best choice, both in professionalism and value. When it came time for installation, Frank and his partner Brian went above and beyond. Where do I even begin?! After getting a jaw-dropping quote from a big-name competitor on a Saturday morning, I decided to give Lee’s a call—and I’m so glad I did. From the very first conversation, Jayson and his team were absolute professionals. They jumped into action over the hottest weekend of the year and had a brand-new A/C unit installed by Monday afternoon. Not only did they save my wallet, but they showed up earlier than expected and had cool air flowing through my vents in just a few hours. I can't say enough about their responsiveness, work ethic, and overall care. The Lee’s team truly went above and beyond to help me out in a tough (and sweaty) situation. Highly recommend! They came out same day, diagnosed, and was able to fix. Ray was great, he explained and showed me everything in detail which is great for somebody like me who doesn’t always trust contractors. He also did not try to upsell me on something I didn’t need which I really appreciated. Repairs were a very fair price. When it’s time to replace my unit, they are definitely who I will call.
