LDA Sports Complex Gulberg

Nice place for Fitness and physical health as well as mental health, except cricket and football every sports is available, staff is very cooperative overall experience is very good. There is also a library which I think a very good thing. Location is very accessible as it is situated almost middle of city, on gurumangat Road. One additional benefit local fruitmarket is nearby under 7up Flyover, fruit are available at reasonable prices.

The facilities are ok but the trainers and staff is uninterested and almost rude. They are not interested in facilitating members or perhaps have been instructed not to guide members. This takes away from the experience and leaves a bad taste. Children are frequently seen in the gym, playing with equipment, which is unsafe and unprofessional. The management seriously needs to review its policies and staff behavior if it wants to run a true state-of-the-art facility.

The variety of sports and activities offered is impressive, and the coaches/instructors are experienced and passionate about what they do. I've noticed significant improvement in my game since joining!
