This company is highly recommended. Excellent service both at the call center and with the plumber. I placed a last minute call to make an appointment, they came to quote the price and fixing it all in one day. They were facing alot of troublesome with the faucets, instead of complaining or drawing more issues to it. The teams were very dedicated and took time to take care of the problems even though it took them closely to half of a day to get both of my faucets shower fixed. On time , very patience, professional and trustable. Totally worth the time, worth every penny i spent on to finally found the best plumbing place to work with. Thank u Vincent , Mike , Jason .

Vincent and Mike are the best! I called at 1:00 on a Saturday! They were here by 2. Not only was the service professional and top tier. Kino's estimate was still cheaper than a plumbing company that I pay a monthly fee for! They are the best in Winston and have earned all my respect and business. I look forward to working with these guys on my next project.

I contacted Kino Plumbing for a second opinion regarding a gurgling drain issue. During the visit, the technician/manager Albert attempted to charge $399 for a camera inspection that I did not authorize. I reviewed a recording of the phone call afterward, and at no point did I agree to a camera inspection — I only asked whether a camera was available and was told it would cost extra if used. He also tried to state several catastrophic causes over the phone prior to even evaluating the issue in person. After he "evaluated" I was also told the blockage was at the city line level, however the city later confirmed their line was clear. I believe homeowners should be very clear and cautious about authorizing work and charges in advance. Transparency and consent are extremely important, especially during stressful plumbing issues.
