The tech was on time , went directly to the task. Answered any of my questions and left after everything was checked and double checked. I called yesterday and they were able to schedule me the very next morning. Highly recommend them.

No internet. Checked on Friday, my appointment I made 2 weeks ago for first thing Monday was still on. Checked Sunday same result. Drove 4 hours for the appointment. 8 AM Monday still good. 9:30 Monday SORRY postponed until Tuesday. I was not very happy about staying overnight. Called Josh at the Somerset office and he got things straightened out. (Thanks) Ayden, the tech was on-site in 2 hours and had the problem resolved in 20 minutes. Aden was very courteous and explained the problem. He was great

Dakota did a great job. This was a mix up on the orders, that wasn't his fault, but he made sure he made it to us in a timely manner and fixed our issue!!! He was also friendly and accommodating!!!

Unfortunately google doesn't let you leave a review with no stars, but 10 out of 10 would not recommend, There is more time without internet than with, I've had to go almost a whole month with spotty and very unreliable internet, and still get charged full price. I was originally scheduled to have a tech come out here on the 5th to fix it. Took the day off work and no tech showed. Instead the tech claimed he came out on the 20th which I can't confirm or deny because no one was home and the issue still isn't resolved. They have no problem reaching into my bank account and taking $140 for just internet I do not have a bundle, but getting them to do right by the customer is impossible.

Jordan came on time. Had a good attitude. Got his work done quickly efficiently was a fine experience. The guy knows what he’s doing. Thank you for the entire experience.
