Nick, Aaron and Vlad were incredible. They installed, sanded and refinished all the wood flooring in my house (7 day project) and the attention to detail and the guidance on finishes, etc was exceptional. Easy to work with. Very communicative and pricing is super competitive. I'd absolutely use them again for future projects.

Nick and his team did an incredible job replacing the floors on our entire first floor. They worked quickly while also paying close attention to detail and cleaned up each night before they left for the day. Nick mixed a custom stain for new stair treads to match the new floors and the color is perfection! They stuck to the quoted date and length of time to complete. 10/10 recommend working with KHIT flooring!

Khit Flooring cannot be recommended enough by us. We bought a house in Greece, NY and needed to have the floors redone before moving in. The old floors were splintering, stained, and well worn to the point that we were worried they couldn’t be refinished. We scheduled the walkthrough and the crew assured us that they’re still salvageable. After doing the measurements to guarantee their quoted price, they immediately started work that day, patiently waiting for us to remove floor moldings and door trims before sanding the edges. They replaced boards as needed and matched the style beautifully! We trusted them with our house as we were still living out of town and they cared for it like their own, keeping messes contained and everything clean throughout the process. Each step of the way they explained the situation and any changes that needed to occur. We opted for Coffee Brown on our red oak floors with a satin finish (water-based) and are beyond thrilled with the results. Pricing was competitive and the quality speaks for itself!
