Kerm's Komputers

I called Kerm today as I had just had my brand new system delivered. The computer wouldn't turn on and the Ethernet cable wouldn't light up or work. Kerm said "its likely the motherboard but I dont want you to spend a whole bunch of money if you have a warranty and you should go ahead and make the company you got it from pay for it, its what I would tell my family" I called the company and they are willing to repair it fully free of charge so even though I didnt pay for any services I wanted to leave a review as a thank you. Kerm, your honestly and integrity has left an impression and you will be the FIRST person I go to for any future IT needs. Thank you!

I don’t leave reviews as often as I should but Kermit here is more than deserving of a great one. The thing about him is you can tell he genuinely cares about what he is doing. Always a great experience with him even though if I’m seeing him it means things have gone south for my pc. This is the type of person I would drive far and wide to give my business to. Great at what he does and even better customer service. 10/5 stars

i'm not a director customer but he fixed my friend's computer. we've been waiting patiently for months to play an online game together when his computer stopped working. kerm's computers managed to get his computer working, charged him an extremely fair price, and managed to make not just my friend happy, but three others. now we will be back together, playing video games together. thanks kerm's computers!!!!
