We bought a manufactured home off his lot. He delivered, added foundation, set up home, and hooked up utilities. He took his backhoe home when he needed to do a water line and asked me to dig the line with our tractor because hauling his back would cost us more money, why did he take it back before the job was done? I also had to remove a stump at that time because he originally didn't think it would cause a problem where the home was, it did. They had to send people back when they said it was complete because there where still seams where the parts were put together and areas they didn't paint. In the living room they used the wrong color paint and now it doesn't match. We just hired someone to re-level the house because of bad foundation work and they discovered the septic line under the house was going up and down so sewage wasn't flowing right. He also messed up the water line we had to pay to have fixed, it also had gravel in the line, he blamed us for it. Trust me when I tell you, buy from Medford or Bend, you might pay higher for the delivery and setup but you will save in the future.

While Keith did get me a good price on a used home it all went downhill from there. The home was placed on the lot crooked when I was out of town. I’m a person that is bothered by things not being straight, or level or plumb. Keith stated there was nothing to go by for a reference. I stated there were straight fences on either side and the road out front was straight. I asked if he had a 100 foot tape measure he uses to lay out a Home he said he did not own one! The home is still crooked. I wanted to buy an insulated Tuff shed for a Pump house. Keith said he could build a better one for $1200. Well he placed this shed right on the dirt, not a gravel pad and did not use treated lumber on the bottom. It’s rotting away now. There was also a one inch gap all the way around the door so all the heat went right out the door when the temp outside was zero. Within a couple months of the home being rented my tenants called twice to report plugged sewer lines. I spent $350.00 with Roto Rooter . The third time it plugged I inspected the system myself taking apart the septic covers instead of just using a snake as Roto Rooter has done and discovered Keith Anderson Constructiin had installed the drain pipe into the septic too close to a wall so paper and stuff could not drain causing the back up. I reported this to Keith, he took responsibility and came and fixed the pipe he had installed but refuses to reimburse my $350 for Roto Rooter. My water system was full of gravel and dirt. I had to flush the water heater and all faucets repeatedly to get it clear. Keith says this was because it was plumbed in the winter. Uummm I think contractors work in Klamath county in the winter, I paid top dollar to Keith. California prices I would say. Just disappointed over sub par workmanship and the Roto Rooter cost.

Keith is very good at keeping you informed every step of the way. He also tries to accommodate the buyers. My experience was great since I was constantly changing my mind about everything from options to models and even IF we wanted a home at all. Thanks Keith

Keith is the Guy! He is the one stop and shop guy for the portable home needs! He does it all! He rolls out the red carpet for his customers and they become his friends! Keith thinks outside the box, and comes through with his business plan! He works with you, and has a no pressure demeanor plus he his funny! Always makes me laugh, and he is an all around great man! Hired them to re-level my manufactured home. They came on a Friday, charged me $900 and the worker guy tried to get me to hire and pay him independently from the company. The owner showed up about 15 minutes into the job and his wife was on the phone screaming at him. He spend 10 mintues at my front door yelling at her. While the guys worked the owner came into my house, sat down and called somebody and started berating him over the phone. In my house and in front of me. I paid for a full re-level. about an hour and a half later (they showed up at 4pm) they said they were done. I only heard 2 times they used a jack under there. My floors had only one small squeak before they came. Now my entire floor creaks all over the house and the floor feels unlevel now. I have cracks in my walls that weren't there before. I would have called them back to fix it but honestly, the main worker guy looked like he was on drugs and when he tried to get me to hire him outside the company and with the other happenings, I fear these people. I plan on filing a complaint with the state.
