Today we visited this place but really disappointed by the taste and behaviour of manager the taste of tawa piece was sour like hell malai boti was hell dry and chowmin taste like so fused even tjough the cream chiken soup was way out of the league really disappointed

Horrible Customer Service and Unsanitary Conditions - Avoid at All Costs!!! I was craving biryani, so I placed an order through Food Panda. When the delivery arrived at my flat, I discovered that the drink, raita, and salad were missing. As I began to check the food, I found a dead fly mixed in with the meal. I immediately called the restaurant to report the issue and spoke with a worker named Faisal, who claimed he couldn’t help and directed me to a complaints manager named Waqas. After multiple attempts to reach Waqas, he promised to call me back but never did. Despite providing him with my address and the order details several times, he refused to take accountability. He even suggested that the missing items had been taken by the delivery driver, which made no sense and didn’t explain the contamination in the food. Overall, this experience was appalling, from the lack of hygiene in the food to the unprofessional and dismissive customer service.
