She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly attentive to every detail. The engagement ring came out absolutely stunning and exceeded all expectations. Working with J.R. Dunn was fantastic. We’ve been looking for a one stop jeweler in South Florida that carries all the best lines and can do intricate custom work. Working with Jessica was so easy and we even got to meet the owner! They always treat you how you EXPECT to be treated - complementary snacks, coffee, sparkling water, and how could you miss the Veuve Clicquot. We got the custom engagement ring of our dreams along with an amazing watch - all in time for our big day. We’ve worked with other jewelers in Palm Beach and Boca, but we shall never work with anyone other than J.R. Dunn again. Can’t say enough about the personal touch. So important.

I cannot speak highly enough in regards to Michelle Radich! On multiple occasions she has gone above and beyond to make sure my utmost satisfaction is guaranteed! JR Dunn has a beautiful show room, especially now with the expansion. What really makes this place shine though is Michelle!

JR Dunn really puts customers first! I was going to take my engagement ring for re plating to JMR, but JR Dunn charges the same price and is closer to home. I spoke with Jessica at first she told me that it would take one week and I said in that case I’d rather drive farther away and go to JMR due to same day and then she said you know what we’ll do at the same day and will give you a gift card to lunch while you wait. The store is lovely! I really enjoyed my experience, and my engagement ring looks brand new now! I really enjoyed getting to know Harvey as well. What a lovely experience.
