I made 3 appointments and not one tech showed up. The first time was an ER and hospital admission (excusable), the second was no communication and when I finally got some it was 2+ hours after the scheduled time and after I reached out first then it was going to be another 3 hours after that for them to MAYBE show up, the third time I confirmed the guarantee arrival time with a two hour window and no one told the tech the appointment was confirmed so the tech didn't show up. I called and was told the only thing they could offer me was a reschedule, after three failed attempts. The worst part is I had to pay my property manager to sit at the location on three different occasions for significant amounts of time and for no one to show up. This business was highly recommended and I was left extremely disappointed, out some money for no inspection or results, and still no viable pest service to assist.

Excellent experience with JP Pest. The technician was very courteous, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure nothing was overlooked. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend.

The manager contacted us and sent a new team and they did a much better job. The ants were not as prevalent and we expect JP Pest services to return in the spring and spray again. They made good on their promise after my first review. I would use them again

I have a property management company and have been using JP Pest services for years at multiple properties. They treat my properties with there fall invader spray. It is said on the contract that there may be a haze left on the windows. This is what happened this year. During foliage. They would rather lose me as a client then help me remedy the bad job their technician did. I simply asked for some sort of help cleaning the windows. This is totally unacceptable. I have contacted the local office and run this up the chain of command and they refused to help. They said this was in the acceptable range. This is on every window in a multimillion dollar house. About 30 windows

Great experience from start to finish. Cas was our tech and she was very thorough and took the time to share her knowledge with us, which we really appreciated. She explained everything clearly and made sure all our concerns were addressed. It’s reassuring to work with someone who truly knows what they’re doing. Would definitely recommend this company.
