Had a great experience. Our fridge stopped working and we were ready to go buy a new one. Our regular guy was not available until the next day, and since our food was spoiling, we called Jo’s. They sent someone out that day who immediately diagnosed the problem. Saving us hundreds of dollars.

I think this place has changed ownership a few times in the last 4/5 years. About 3 years ago a guy and his son came out, fixed our stove in a timely and affordable manner. Since then I can't ever get a hold of ANYONE there. There's ALWAYS a sign up, be back in 5, be back in 20, etc. Theyre NEVER there and NEVER answer the phone. I need to get my fridge fixed buuuuut as much as I like to keep my money/business local i think this time I'm going to call the Maytag people.

Very prompt response and service. Prices were very good. Had parts to fix my dryer. Would recommend them and use their service again. They thoroughly cleaned our dryer and made it safe again. Didn’t realize how bad the lint and pet hair was. Major fire hazard removed. Avoided a potential fire hazard.
