Great customer service and quality repair. Original I had a nail in my a tire and dropped in to have them look at it. Luckily, it was only in the tire tread. I knew I needed new from breaks, they had done my rear brakes early this year and the front were still good. I inquired with the mechanics on replacing my front breaks, rotators and pads. I was consulted and advised of options and cost. They ordered the rotors a couple of days early because they weren’t ready available. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning. There were several customers already in the queue (saturdays are first come, first serve). They contacted me in two hours to tell me they were done. Very quick turn around. Very professional crew. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I will no longer be using Jones Auto care for my service center. They seemed honest and genuine at the beginning, but their true colors shine through. I had my first set of rear brake pads in February of 2024. Brakes started making noise January of 2025, went back and had front replaced, they replaced the rear pads as well, (under warranty). I thought they were being honest, (not True)! The same brake pads were grinding again. Went back and they cleaned the pads and said shocks were bad. I had them replaced for $900 approximately. I couldn’t stand the grinding noise so I replaced my own rear pads and found the following. 1. They are using inferior pads (Non OEM). 2. Not using brake grease. Conclusion: They want your vehicle back in the shop so they are intentionally using inferior products that will get you to come back. Not using brake grease to insure you will have brake noise. 3. By the way “No Cleaning” had been done on the rear brake hardware. 4. There should be some grease on the parts and there was none! I did go in and talk to them and they denied it all. I need to find a reputable auto care shop as I am getting older and do not want to keep doing the work. I will take suggestions.

Great guys to work with I went in after having gone to Big O who told me that everything needed to be replaces the radiator the water pump all of the hoses and more totaling almost $3000.00 worth of work. I told them there was no way it was leaking that bad as I had never even noticed a drop on the floor of our garage. I talked with the guys at Jones. They were fantastic they agreed with me that the issue was not that severe and after testing it informed me of the real issue which was one simple fix totalling $380.00. I would recommend these guys for any issues you may have.
