We had a service man out to repair our Bosch dishwasher. The “on” button was stuck and would not pop out so the dishwasher was inoperable. First, the woman who answers their phone was less than pleasant when I called for the appointment, but I attributed it to her having a bad day. When she called on the day before the service, and I asked if she could give me a more narrow timeframe, she seemed annoyed and just repeated what she’d told me. When the repair man arrived, he didn’t introduce himself. He took the door apart and push the button up and put the door back together. When my husband asked what the problem was, he told him the button got stuck. When my husband asked why, he said because it’s old. Why didn’t he ask if we wanted it replaced??? If it’s old, this will probably happen again! We were charged $132.45. We didn’t get an email or phone call from the company inquire about the service. It wasn’t a great experience.

Had our LG gas dryer stop working. Jim Bobal Appliance service had a quick appointment available. Richie showed up and within minutes was able to diagnose the problem and have it fixed extremely quick. Extremely professional service, would highly recommend!

Used Jim Bobal appliance repair to fix our washing machine fortunately they had a cancellation and could get here the same day. Office staff were helpful. The tech was nice, professional, efficient and got the work done in under an hour. This is our 2nd experience with Jim Bobal Appliance. Hopefully we don’t need them again but if the need arises, I won’t hesitate to call.

Jim Bobal's Appliance Services provided great customer service. Our service call was scheduled for Thursday and they called on Tuesday to see if we were available because they had a cancellation. The technician, Richie R., arrived shortly thereafter. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had our oven working again in no time. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with ice dispensing from our refrigerator. They handled it quickly and efficiently and kept me informed. A new part did need to be ordered. I was contacted for a follow up visit as soon as the part came in. The amount paid to repair was much, much less than the cost to purchase a new refrigerator. I would not hesitate to use their service again.
