I spend almost two days there My mother is admitted by Dr Sajid Ali doga almost A week ago Personally Dr Sajid is a good doctor but the nursing staff of the hospital is soo rude he does not cooperate with us like a patient specially night staff The hospital is soo clean Laboratory staff also behave badly and spend lots of time to give reports Main counter and pharmacy staff are less aged but behave professionaly My mother is now better alhamdullilah

Best hospital in Jhelum. Dr Sajid Ali Doga is an excellent urologist. I had a wonderful experience and recovery was amazing Alhamdulilah.

This is totally hell... the appointment time is only from 9 to 9:30, and how can line 2 stay busy for the entire 30 minutes? I’ve been asking for an appointment for a week. During the appointment time, their line is always busy, and when the time passes, they just say the time is over. I’ve been trying for a week. I even said we’re willing to wait because our patient isn’t well, but they just keep making the same excuse—that the time is over. And during the appointment time, they don’t even answer the call. These are such pathetic and ridiculous rules.

Worst experience ever. Dr Sawera Bukhari was shockingly rude and careless. After months of checkups with her, she completely abandoned us when my wife’s delivery started. We paid for a private room didn’t get it. Waited over 5 hours with zero support. And when I demanded answers, the doctor arrogantly told me to 'go somewhere else.' What kind of doctor says that to a patient in labor? Heartless and totally unprofessional. Because of her negligence, a normal case turned into emergency surgery at another hospital. Shameful behavior. Absolutely careless, heartless, and unprofessional.

My mother was admitted by dr sajid ali doga. I spend two days there. The night staff's attiude was quit unprofessional. They didn't show any compassion didn't cooperate with us and disappointed us greatly. Overall services were good and clean environment. All doctors are well qualified
