Afzal Hospital & Dental Clinic

I am very disappointed with the service provided by one of the dentists in this hospital (Dr Zahra). This is a private institute where people pay money for the services but in return staff’s behaviour is rude. My mother had her tooth removed, but the incompetent Dr Zahra failed to extract the entire root. I would not recommend anyone to go to this dental clinic as you are paying hard earned money for poor services. Highly disappointed 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The overall treatment was not satisfactory. As soon as we provided feedback, Dr Zahra( dentist) tone changed, and she began making taunting remarks. They repeatedly implied that no matter what they did, we would never be satisfied. Dental treatment is closely tied to aesthetics, and patient satisfaction should take precedence over the doctor's ego.

I am very disappointed with the treatment my mother received from Dr. Zahra. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with her service at all. She exhibited rude behavior during our visit, which made the experience even worse. My mother had her canine tooth removed, but Dr. Zahra failed to properly extract the entire root, leaving her in continuous pain. When my mother asked her to check whether the root was still there, Dr. Zahra became rude and started to defy the fact instead of addressing the issue. We eventually had to consult another doctor, who confirmed that the root was indeed still there and had to fix the issue. This situation caused unnecessary discomfort, time, and expense for us. I would not recommend Dr. Zahra based on our experience.

Very very bad experience. They don't have professional staff. Fully dirty hospital. Fans not working in waiting lounge area. Totally not recommend. Dr name Abid raza

Today Worst experience in afzal hospital Jhelum, OT assistant Waqar misbehave and he even don't know how to talk with a patient & attendant. 1st and last visit in this hospital.
