He quickly diagnosed the issue with my heating system and provided a clear, fair estimate of repair and discussed a maintenance plan to help prevent any further issues. The repair was completed efficiently, and my system has been running perfectly ever since. Their customer service was friendly and attentive, making me feel confident in their expertise. I recently moved into a new home that previously had the HVAC system installed by Jerry Brittingham A/C & Heat. I called and was given information about available service plans and was able to promptly set up an appointment. Mat came this morning right on time. He inspected everything and performed necesary service. He explained everything thoroughly, and provided me with pictures and information about my unit which is 12 years old. He also gave me estimates on a new unit, so that I could budget accordingly for future replacement. All in all, I am very happy with the excellent service. Thank you!

We called for service when our AC stopped cooling on Friday. Jerry Brittingham promptly scheduled a tech for Monday morning. The tech became ill and we called 911 to assist him. The company promptly arranged for another tech who came quickly and finished our served. The staff was responsive, respectful, and extremely considerate of both their tech and customer. We heartily recommend Jerry Brittingham AC & Heat.. and kudos to the management and to Patrick who got us back in operation. We offer prayers for the tech who required medical assistance.

Had an issue with cooling. My system is HVAC. From the call with Alisha, to the Technician, Nick Mignacca, who came to my home. The service was EXCELLENT! Nick went above and beyond to explain the issues my system was having and repair it. He also helped explain some home maintenance tips, serviced everything, and verified all the technical stuff was on point. Everything was transparent from start to finish with prices and services. I greatly appreciate such wonderful people like Nick coming to our aid. Next time I call I'll request him personally. I'd recommend him, and this company, to my family and friends without a doubt!
