Shaun, tech, was exceptional. He was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable of mechanics of equipment and was skilled at explaining any issues so that I (aging customer) could understand. He answered all questions and made recommendations w/o making you feel he was pressuring you to agree to his suggestions. I was shopping for a mini split air conditioning system and entertained a few quotes. I knew exactly what I wanted and what price I could pay. AVF representative, Brian Madalena, was a straight shooter and an excellent communicator. He met me same day, explained everything extremely well, gave me a very good price, and arranged for installation to occur within a few days of signing. I was very impressed with Brian and the services provided by AVF. Good buying experience. I plan to use them again in the future.

Great service. Called Monday morning, tech arrived Monday afternoon. He had to order a part and was back on Tuesday at noon to install it. I was kept informed every step of the way incl being called and emailed when the technician was en route to our location. The technician Peter was very knowledgeable and professional. A pleasure to do business with him and the company.
