They area a busy company but it was well worth the time which would have been sooner had I not left my phone home one day while I was out and missed a call back to schedule. Very easy appointment set up. Guys were ahead of schedule on appointment time. Very efficient. Checked jetted jacuzzi tub first asked about breaker. Checked those sure enough one was tripped. Problem fixed in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend Jackalope.

These guys really did us a solid. They were available sooner than every other plumber we contacted. We had a sewer blockage the day before New Year’s Eve—with a four-day-old in the house. It was a huge crisis. They listened and seemed to prioritize getting us on their schedule. The two guys we had were courteous and thorough. The fix so far has been complete.
